There was only a lady that was both attending to customers and very patiently helping to present variety of shoes. This same lady was also gladly helping as the cashier in check out.

Really great store. The Mr found him 3 really great pairs of shoes to wear. It is hard to find wide shoes for him and he found just what he was looking for. I even found a wallet that holds all my cards.

They only had one pair of the shoes I wanted and my coupon wouldn't work at the counter or online. One of the customers in the store allowed me to use her coupon and it worked. The manager on duty that day came and assisted me in ordering the other pair online and due to the issues I had she didn't charge shipping for the shoes. This is the main location I shop for all shoe needs. If they don't have it in store they will get it for you.

I had a great experience. The saleslady was absolutely wonderful. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was an African American lady that took a lot of time helping me today. I did find what I wanted thanks to her assistance. It was on sale. I checked out and got out in a timely manner in the Ridgeland store about 2:00 pm today.

I recently placed an online order and ran into a few issues. Thankfully, the manager, Gale, went above and beyond by personally reaching out to customer service and resolving the problem for me. Additionally, the woman who answers the phones was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, I’m very impressed and appreciative of the excellent customer service I received.
